To get that achievement just turn on the four controllers, turn the shot clock off and put the Quarter Length at 2 minutes and just wait for the game to end. You will need 4 controllers to get the “ Four Users on one machine” achievement. You should easily get all of the "move" achievements (10 in total) in 1 game, it might take 2 games for some though.
